Horrible road on the earth...
Maximum speed one can drive here (the road colored with Green and marked with a circle) is 20KM / hour.
You have to search for the road in the potholes. This is the plight of the roads in one of the Taluks of Belgaum District. I had an opportunity to experience this drive on 21st July 2006.
I mentioning the date here to keep track as to how much time Govt. will take to repair the road.
