Pyramid near Bangalore

Here is great place to keep yourself away from Bangalore's traffic. This is a place where you can get yourself immersed into the nature. The Pyramid Valley is located on the Kanakpura road after Sri Sri Ravishankar Ashram. You have to drive 10Kms from this Sri Sri Ashram to reach this place. This is the world's largest meditational pyramid.
Pyramid Meditation
I had a opportunity to talk to a Master who explained the process for meditation.

How to meditate:
He explained us the process of meditation as follows:
  • Sit in a comfortable sitting posture - Keep your spine and neck relaxed -
  • Clasp your hands - Cross your legs, Close your eyes
  • Observe your natural breath
  • Simply follow your normal breath
    • Inhale.. Exhale... Inhale...Exhale..softly...easily...naturally
    • No forceful breathing...do not change your natural breathing
  • No chanting of mantra...no prayer
  • Just observe your natural breath in a relaxed, comfortable posture
The pyramid meditation technique provides high-energy environment for beginners of meditation. Meditation done inside a pyramid is thrice more powerful. Most people who have experimented with Pyramid meditation, describe themselves as experiencing a total relaxation of their body and achieving an altered state of consciousness.
